problem with 1-100 questing profile pack from honnor buddy store

ah hello guys i have a problem with this profile you see i only have in this profile the next leveling profiles , classic , BC, And cata.
But LK MoP and WoD are missing they are not in the profile and my toon already reach lvl 70 and he still keep questin in BC
can anyone help me i don't understan why those profile for the other expansions are missing

then just a few hour ago i try again with the BC profile and suddenly the toon stop killing mobs randomly and went to SW to travel to borean tundra but once is there he can't pick up quest it keeps loading the profile endless again and again is stuck . i add the log file in zip winrar becoause is around 12 mbView attachment 12644 2015-04-20 18.49.zip i hope it helps

log into the buddystore. then click on "My Purchases" disable streaming for the profile pack.


then start honorbuddy, login and make sure the profiles arent streaming anymore.


close honorbuddy.


then re-enable streaming on the site for the profile pack.


see if they now show up.
