Problem when the game launch!

Hello,
this is my first time using HB, and I just finished downloading everything and it's all fine until I launch HB and use my key's to enter and then when the game launch I get this message:

"We couldn't find a free WoW process to attach. Please make certain your toon is standing in game world and you are running latest version of Honorbuddy."

I didn't get the Auto-update option btw.

1. If you just downloaded the latest copy of Honorbuddy, it will not offer to update since you are already on the latest version.
   
   
2. You must log into your toon in WoW, before you launch Honorbuddy.
   
   
3. Since you are new, you should probably read through the following article (this article also is in your Honorbuddy directory):
   
   Honorbuddy "START HERE"​

Hey,
I'm sorry for misunderstanding but what do you mean by "log into your toon in wow"
do you mean the character I want to use the but with?

yes,you must be logged in game world before running Hb

Thank you guys, I had to restart my PC and Log in my account with the same wow that the bot opens x)
