Problem when starting the bot

When I change profile or when I click on Start, the bot gives me this error:

I never saw it before, any suggestion on what to do?

I'm using windows 10, I tried running the game using dx9 but the game launched an error saying it couldn't use 3D acceleration, and dx9.0c cannot be installed in W10 :S

I am also having the same problem I've tried everything you've said and I'm still getting the same

the error you are getting has nothing to do with HB,you are supposed to be able to run wow in 32bit no matter what

I managed to resolve this issue.

I updated all my graphics drivers and I also had some extra honorbuddy files in another part of my computer I uninstalled honorbuddy removed all files including the installer, downloaded from the website again and reinstalled and it seems to be working again
