Problem when buying Honorbuddy

When Im trying to buy honorbuddy, I fill in all my information and then it just says "please wait...". Ive been waiting now for over an hour and Ive been talking to my friends and they didnt have the same problem. And yes Ive tried to reboot, restart internet etc etc.

Please help!
