Problem upgrading using blizzards 50% deal offer

Hi!

I get an error while im trying to use the 50% offer blizzard have no upgrading to MOP but i get an error. Anyone more then me who get this error and know what the problem is?

when you create a new fresh wow acc you can get this offer when you logg into the toon, it popus just before you see all the characters etc
