Problem to Login - Account Trial One Day

Hello People.

I am one brasilian guy, and i am dont speak english.

My english is horroble. But i purshase one day acess to test and i I could not log in.

That error is apeared:

Plz, i am need help. I do not want to miss my days of access, how can you help me.

My char is on warsong server. I use the language english.

Log onto character all the way. You have to be able to move around in the game world.
The game has to be in windowed mode, not maximized.
