problem starting honorbuddy

So honorbuddy was working perfectly before the recent patch issue. Since it going down it shown this error. After the new patch came out for it, i uninstalled, reinstalled from the new installer, installed the .net fix program, installed the other necessary c++ program and still showing this error on the computer.

Does anyone have an idea? Thanks!

Have you tried running Honorbuddy.exe directly instead of using the Launcher?

ahh thanks, sorry was my fault. Was using the launcher which wasnt working and then was using the shortcut which i thought was set to the exe not the launcher. Working now, but have the tripwire problem with no idea how to turn it off as the portal is asking for details i dont have and when i enter my email it says its not a known email but when i go to register with that same email it says its already registered, AHHHH!
