Problem starting HB

It is telling me an error every time i try to start hb. saying i need the newest version of HB is it outdated right now? or am i doing something wrong? if its not outdated can someone please explain how to get it working?

if its saying you need to update, then you need to update.

Download the latest version of honorbuddy.
http://updates.buddyauth.com/GetNewest?filter=Honorbuddy
Then do a clean install into a new folder. Do not reinstall over a previous installation or move items from the old installation into the new one.
