Problem Pokefarmer

Hello,
I just bought an account of pokefarmer with lasting one month . When I download the bot can not start it gives me this error : This application failed to start because it could not find or load the Qt platform plugin "windows" in".
Reinstalling the application mau fix this problem.

Could someone help me , or rather be refunded of my 3.95euro!
