Problem payment

I made you 5 payments, by credit card and also by paypal, I even moved in my country of origin to make the last payment, everything was done in a secure way and you have blocked or rejected every request. What do I deduce from it? If you do not want my money or no longer sell me your services, just tell me.

I have written more than 4 emails and no answers, I can not renew my subscription, no matter what method, none works, your system rejects every request.

Whether it is with my normal credit cards or with my paypal account (I have already used these methods before and it worked, should I give another email and then you switch the key?
 
Yesterday, too, I bought a key. But despite the fact that I already bought a lot. I was not given it. Referring to the fact that they will conduct "prevent fraudulent activities". I wrote to the support team. But the answer was not what followed. And I needed the key urgently. I am extremely disappointed. And the fact that so long answer in the support service. And the fact that the key did not come to me right away.
 
I have to buy keys since 2014 and never had any problem, I absolutely try everything, all available methods and I have had the same message every time you.

To me this does not sound like an HB issue. If your credit was good then you would be immediately accepted. It is not like HB individually decides who they accept money from. They use a trusted service that knows what they are doing. From your language alone it is obvious that this issue is deeper then you are trying to make it out to be.

But my money was written off. And I already bought from the card and through the paypal. Why is now some sort of verification. Unclear. Or do we have different problems with this person? I probably did not understand what he was writing about. :)

Hey! I am unsure what you mean by "My money was written off" I can probably help you faster then official staff. What kind of verification are you encountering? AFAIK the person who posted this is just trying to blame legal restrictions on HB instead of doing proper research.

Hey, Thank you for clarifying. Have you tried to get a response via Zendesk before coming to this conclusion? I do not think you understand how dedicated the staff are here. If you were lost and could not get help I really feel it is due to language barrier. The HB staff will not tell you this but your question is more or less stupid which is why they cant help you. They really have limitations ATM which is why the community seems weak. But your ignorance does not help at all

Well, the money from the card went to pay for the key. But there is no key. Then came a mail that all was well paid. A standard mail that the transaction was successful. And if you go by the link to there redirects to their site and there it says that everything is fine.

Are you in EU?

I do not know the exact restrictions but I know that EU laws are harder and harder to work against in the last 6 months. To me it seems you are ignorant of the changes going on and you are pushing too many responsibilities on the HB staff which they have no control over


Also HB does not make their own "Fraud team" so if you get flagged by the system to me you are a fraud trying to scam

Money came to them as I understood. But they decided to check something. Correctly?) And what a fraud. I already bought the keys from the card. And it is attached to the paypal.

You just linked me what you did before 3 times before lol... Do you even know what you are complaining about at this point?
 
Like Tony said, write an email to [email protected]. Forum support cannot help at all.
Do not forget to show patience. There are thousands of other customers and atm. all payments are checked manually.
Also do not forget that even if the internet is open 24/7 there are things like vacation, illness, weekend, night times etc. for our back office team :)
If you provide all info and your payment is valid, the normal process is quite fast.
