Problem on Startup

I had to reformat recently. I fully updated NET Framework to current update. Windows XP fully updated. Booted HB for the first time on login and i get " Honor Buddy has encountered a problem. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Could not load file or assembly 'Fasmdll_Managed.dll' or one of its dependencies. ". Please Help

Download .NET Framework 3.5 Service pack 1 from Official Microsoft Download Center

and then this
