Problem of setting the coordinate

Hi, I'm new user here, I was trying to set the coordinate ( longitude, latitude, altitude) however I have no idea about the altitude, the coordinate I searched online are all including longitude and latitude only. Can u guys explain me or suggest me some relevant coordinate to farm and levelling? Please

Altitude is not required, it's a flat map like a piece of paper, not 3dimensional and just need x and y coordinates. Leaving it blank will not matter
