Problem looting

Hello,
Need help with the following problem.
After starting PF everything works well, but not me pokestop looting. Catching Pokemon is no problem, but I'm running out of supplies.

I have this setup:
1) the radius of 800 meters
2) walking speed 3.6

.txt file attached

At first I thought I had a soft ban - but I could not catch Pokémon.
