Problem loading bot

I logged in today after doing the update and can no longer use the bot.

It loads up on the bottom section however the loading dial in the middle of it never stops spinning and when i click something, i just get an error noise and nothing happens

Any idea?

I've reinstalled and stuff like that however no luck there!
