Problem in Accounts Manager

after trying to login in the account my accounts manager panel logs are:

[email protected] : Starting account:
[email protected] : Launch failed.

what's changed and i cant login?
ps. i can login through Glyph just fine, and the verification key is up to date

i saw there was an update in windows 8.1 yesterday.
Any suggest if that affect AB?

Maybe you have glyph authenticator.
Also try to change your password and check your proxy (if you use it)

i dont have proxy.
what do u mean by glyph aythenticator and what can i do to fix it?
