Problem Dismounting In BG's

Hey
Ive problems dismounting in PvP, im using a frost mage and ive set the distance for both settings to 35
Ive redownloaded the bot and everything, when people are casting at him he just stays on the mount or when hes trying to cast at people.
Can anyone solve this problem?
