Problem Bot Disconnect

I have a problem, my bot disconnects and
I would like to know why the bot disconnects when I am full of crystals?
Because I think that's it.

What do you mean with "crystals"? How do you know your bot disconnects and you dont have a normal disconnect? Blizzards servers are pretty unstable lately.
