Im trying to login in NA region, dont know why it says Europe here
I try restart. And try clear settings folder. Not helped

i deleted MSI Afterburner and Nvidia Experiense. reload pc, shut down anti-virus. not helped

tried dx9 again after removing those programs ?

I reinstaled bot, changed all again, change from full srceen to windowed. works now. not sure what helped, i guess the last one
