problem after enter key

Hello,

I have just bought HB and when I bring in my key I arrive on the screen as attachment, everything is intoxicated(tinted) I can nothing click.
It is bound(connected) to the fact that I use wow on a private waiter(server), finally it adorned me strange.

Could use me please?

HB has been stated Many Many times it does NOT support private WoW servers. Only Live servers are supported. Otherwise a Full log should be posted if you're having issues.
