Problem after buying!

I got a Problem with the bot...

I registered myself at the forums (a week ago ?) and today i
boght the bot, payed with paypal.
In the e-mail i got i should link my forum account to my shop account (?)
i tried that, but after that, when i wanted to login to the bot on my pc
it says 'authentication failed'.... before i tried to link the accounts i could login, but that took about a half minute...

make sure that you are using the login info from the email we have sent you after your purchase and not your forums login info

I have tried both, i copyed the login data from the email...

try to log on our Auth Portal using the info from the email

what you can see on Auth Portal?
are you able to see your sessions?
