Hey guys, I work for a games related company and just today found out I will soon be made redundant along with all other staff in my office. I am a bit lost right now and am looking for a new job. I have many years of experience in customer service with my main language being English and my secondary being German. I have been doing technical/billing support for this company for some time now. I can type and speak both languages but English a lot faster than German. I've used the Honor Buddy bot for some time and am familiar with it. As mentioned I am looking for a new job and wasn't quite sure where to post this. If you are in need of a CS support rep, I am a fast learner and am looking to get into software development if the opportunity arises. I'm not quite sure what I expect to get out of this but hey, maybe someone is in need of a CS rep.
