Prioritizing

I'm not really sure what it is that makes the bot decide what to do in what order, but I've watched it skip over something that I've wanted a few times before finally getting to it.
Some kind of priority list would be nice so we can edit how it decides what order to catch things, or to visit stops, or even to just skip certain pokemon if we're low on balls.

I would like to see this as well... I had to manually move my bot to catch a rare Pokemon. It was catching pidgey instead of Blastoise, which was about to despawn.
