Priest just stands there not questing casting bubble over and over

Title says it all. my shadow priest is just standing around not questing. And when a mob comes to attack it, it just casts power word shield on himself over and over again. I waited for the toon to kill it but i didnt. I right clicked on the mom and then it started killing the mob. Log attached. Any help would be great. Im ASSuming its the CC but i dont know. And if it is, what else do I use besides singular?
