prevent leveling plugin

hi,

i want to stay with my mfer on low level, is there a plugin that prevents leveling - meaning going to dry lake - die 10 times - go on mapping?
 
Havent seen anything like that here. GGG talked about adding in recipes to prevent you from leveling or delevel you. Im guessing this recipe was requested because of the new level restictions on the daily lab events.
 
But being high lvl doesn't decrease your drop on Dried Lake

Drop Penalty
There is a penalty to the chance of currency items and Divination cards dropping in areas with a monster level more than two levels lower than your character level. For each additional level that you have compared to the area's monster level+2, the chance of a currency and Divination card item drop is reduced by 2.5%:[1][2]

dropPenalty = 2.5% * (lvlchar - (lvlmonster + 2))
 
Yes but it is limited to maps under 67 or 68lvl, I don't remember exactly but im 101% sure they made it so Dried Lake is not affected by the Penalty.

You missed the rest of what was on the wiki, just a few lines under what you are quoting:

For the purposes of this penalty, your character level is never considered to be higher than 68.[1][3][4] Therefore a level 75 character receives no penalty in a level 66 area.
