Presentationcore.dll issue

So I just got this program (been using honorbuddy for a while now) and I go to turn it on followed the guides and everything... I get this error.

when i go to start the bot it says i have not selected a routine and need to do that then throws the same compiler error. It shows no plugins (even though there are some in the folder each in their own folders)

I fixed it (of course after I post). For anyone else that runs into this. Repair microsoft .net 4.0 and then restart your computer and run again.
