Pre-purchase question: /y++?

What does the /y++ mean?

Is the license a lifetime license (specifically the 3 session one) or yearly?

y++ = lifetime
1 / 3 sessions no differece. it will tell you valid for 10 years due to legal reasons, but update after the 10 to another 10 and so on.

only the 1 day one is limited in time.
