Pre 100 honor capped

Anyone know if you can spend your honor on anything prior to being level 100? I'm capped and I'm not sure if there's trade goods or something I could be purchasing with honor. Any info would be appreciated.

nope, honor vendor is in ashran pvp base not the pve warspear area and you can't enter ashran pvp base if you're not 100.

You're probably in warspear which is in ashran as well, but the place that I'm talking about is ashran pvp base where the honor & conquest vendors are located.

They actually added vendors in Warspear.

The pvp base needs to be 100. Not the pve where there are banks and portal to cities. Unless they change ashran pvp req. Also I don't see any 90+ in ashran pvp, so...
