powerup dead pokemon

I noticed that in PF I'm able to power up a pokemon which died when I attacked a gym using the phone app. It's not possible to do this on the phone app, so it's clearly a sign that a suspicious software has been used to do it.
As PF is not showing if a pokemon is alive, this is a risk for the users of PF.
Please add some check to avoid this risk.

I have been able to do this on the app, and it is how i avoid wasting revives, can you please check this again?
