PowerManager.CanCast(SNOPower.X1_Crusader_Condemn) returning wrong result.

Condition: Have Frydehr’s Wrath - Game Guide - Diablo III equiped on crusader, wrath is below cost of Condemn(icon on hotbar is grey).
Result: PowerManager.CanCast(SNOPower.X1_Crusader_Condemn) returning "true"
Desired behaviour: PowerManager.CanCast(SNOPower.X1_Crusader_Condemn) returning "false" because bot don't have enough wrath to cast Condemn.

PowerManager.CanCast is DB function, not Trinity.

To clarify, full function name is Zeta.Bot.PowerManager.CanCast
