Potion of Treasure Finding

I am not a plugin writer, or I wouldn't mind coding and releasing this for general use.

I am in need of a plugin that will do the following:

1. Check for [Potion of Treasure Finding] in bags
2. Check for Potion of Treasure Finding buff
3. If buffed, continue Profile
4. If missing buff, use [Potion of Treasure Finding]
5. Check for buff every 5 minutes

Should be simple enough to code, I imagine.

I saw the date on that thread and assumed it was out-of-date. Will check it out. Thanks.
