Possibly soft-banned?

After about a 6 hour botting session last night, I noticed my Pokeballs have gone from ~200 to 30.

I set the bot to only loot Pokestops to get them back but I'm only receiving XP, and not items.

Any suggestions?

have you tried closing the bot and reopening?
