Possible to use ItemList AND Ancient-only?

There are some specific items I'm farming for, which I can specify in the ItemList. But I wouldn't mind if all Ancient items would also be stashed.
All non-ancient, non-specified items can be salvaged. Is there a way to do this? AFAIK, you can only either use the ancient-only option, or use ItemList

Once you check itemlist you can go to itemlist tab. Go to advanced and check the box for always keep ancients.

I thought the "always keep ancients" will overwrite the itemlist.
Anyway, last time seem i can checked-all item within my inventory and equiped. Now whenever i try to click that, everything freeze
