Possible Time Mismatch?

So I noticed this little text on my logs:-

[03:10:01.796 N]

Is this the bot's Eorzea Time? cause it is behind by an hour on mine...
What are the ways to recalibrate it if so?

Logging is done in gmt and cannot be adjusted. It is this way so we can tell exactly when the issues occured regardless of where the user is.
