Hey all you germans!!!!

I was reading up on the warcrawler forums at the v2 stuff still honorbuddy 4 the win but! While I was there I found probably the best thing for german bot users a LAW THAT PROTECTS YOU FROM GETTING BANNED from the warden system

"because the general terms and conditions as well as the Warden not act under German law but according to American law and in Germany, according to the Civil Code are not permitted ...
Blizzard may your memory not touch according to the German law as this is against the data protection law in the BGB ...
Blizzard This is contrary to the overall § 3 BGB once in the past ride from spying out data, spying out the actual data and the actual data of spying and passing on to third / processing ... Thus, a spell is in any form of use for 3rd party programs not allowed =)"- Warcrawler User.

So basically you can bot and not ever be banned. pretty sure you have to be on EU realms for this to work. :):) Tell me your guys luck

Any Germans that are banned try to unban your accounts. I don't know if blizzard will follow these rules :)

They don't ban due to HB detection neither in US nor in Germany, they got other measures you accept in TOS / Eula.
This won't help at all.
Next.

You do know it says in their TOS they can ban you for any reason or no reason at all.

its a bit more complex than that they can not simply take your money and then tell you to fuck off, this may work in the usa but not here

It's a USA company they don't have to follow your laws... You give up protections that your country may give you when you accept the ToS... You can't just accept a ToS then hide behind your countries laws... Doesn't work like that.. Please see "Germans vs Valve".

Sort of... That would be true, if Blizzard didnt have their products in stores, in teritory of Germany.

if you sell products in a foreign country you have to abide by the laws in that country. and in germany if you agree a tos or business conditions or whatever you want to call it you dont give up protections, you can sign any business condition you want if what they have written up is against the law then this nullifies those conditions that are against the law. some stuff may be "bent" when you give consent but others can not... like i said it is a bit more complex than "uh durr you signed it they can do whatever they want"

also you should read up before you blab some bs about cases you clearly know jack about, the case has been dismissed yes but because of a particular law that treats games different than "normal" software.

This is ridiculous. So you are going to Lawyer up for losing your WoW accounts in a foreign Jurisdiction? Good luck on that. Any Judge would hand your ass back to you with a bill.

Another thing in EU law is, that ToS or EULA can´t forbid you something that is not forbidden by law. Also if EULA or ToS are not in your native language (or official language in your country) then EULA or ToS is not valid.

But on other hand, Blizzard can ban you, because you are just renting WoW account and they have right to stop renting it to you.

no i will not, and only people like you think that people that invalidate your bs you blabb around would do because they know so little that they actually believe its only either go to court against blizzard or that they can have anything in tos/eula and when you sign it you give up all of your rights.

i wont even waste time explaining to you on what grounds they can still revoke your right to play on blizzard servers even if some parts of what you agree too is invalid in europe.

also it would not be a foreign jurisdiction because the servers i play on are in europe and i bought the game in europe so european law applies and not whatever you have in the us.
