Possible Good Idea

Before I start, let me state: THIS IS NOT A TROLL THREAD.

Moving on.

Blizzard has a feature on their forums that provides users with a "server status" type of post; my idea is to make a post similar to this, where only the devs can post either:

1) Server login/activity status
2) Current known issues
3) misc other dev'y type things

I am by no means a dev, (though I wish I could) but I think this practical (and perhaps simple) notion could greatly reduce flaming and trolling and on top of that, keep your players both well informed and calm (as apposed to raging like a 12 year old).

Just an idea, devs let me know what you think...

useless as it would show it was down now, and people would still be making the same kinds of threads, demanding they want answers for stuff that i dont know yet, and i dont have answers to.

your hearts in the right place, but it wouldn't matter. (that doesn't mean we aren't listening BTW)

if people could stop making threads that would be great.
