As a player of this game since the first portion of the game came out, I have seen the game go from somewhat hardcore gamer to the arcade player where everything has been simplified. This has caused quite a few players to abandon the game for private servers over the years in order to play the older versions of the game as the way they enjoyed it. I believe their high was almost 15 million monthly subscribers with them currently between 7 and 9 million with what I think will only continue to be a decrease. I am one of many people who bot on many accounts and will most likely quit my subscriptions if this bot is restricted or my accounts get banned. This leads me to my question...
If this bot is forced to shutdown, what are the possibilities of getting older versions of the bot to use on individuals own private servers that are older versions of the game?
I know that there have been many posts that this bot will never support private servers and I understand the reason why. But, it would sure make quite a few of us feel good that the money we paid for this can continue to contribute to our entertainment even after the big company causes issues.
