Possible Ban Using Buddywing

So I ran into another player while farming The Black Hole today. He was standing in the same place for over 4 hours recording me and telling everyone in general chat that I'm bot farming. He even took to the SWTOR servers forum and is currently uploading a video to youtube of me botting. Do I have to be worried about receiving the ban hammer or is this guys just severely butthurt?
