Honestly, I wouldn't.

With the introduction of the RMAH, it's not about the game anymore - the game merely serves as a platform for players to make money (and Blizzard, since they get a cut of the pie). The way I see it, Diablo 3 is a piece of crap where the end-game is all about making profits from the RMAH or other alternatives (e.g. selling gold). Thank you Jay Wilson for ruining the Diablo title. I appreciate it a lot, since I'm making money out of this stupid game all thanks to the brilliant Demonbuddy. :)

If not for DB, I'd have requested for a refund on D3 and wouldn't have bought 2 copies of D3.

So, back on the topic: We all either bot for monetary profits or in-game progress, so if DB's gone, what would you do? :)
 
play seems like such a weird term for something that is playing itself.
 
I don't think I would play it, pretty sure I'd quit and go back to WoW. For the two days DemonBuddy was down due to the injunction I didn't touch Diablo at all except for to check my existing auctions & too relist them, I'm in it for the cash....at first I wanted to kill inferno diablo and it was my ultimate goal but so far I've just cut it short and would rather farm gold / make money than progression because they've royally messed this game up from the get go.
 
Not ATM, me and my friends are steamrolling a1\a2 inferno and can do A3 as well but with a few (like 1-3 hour) deaths per hour. But with the crappy loot we've been getting since 1.0.3 patch there's only been a single truely worthwhile drop in that time for any of us. And even that drop is only worth 5-6m, which is what DB makes in a day. In fact, friends that have bought DB earlier are now buying their second accounts and leveling the chars up!
 
I would request for a refund from blizard and never play diablo 3 still i am able to bot again
 
No chance I would play D3 if there was no DB. The game is slow and boring, like the other posts say, im in it for the money and as soon as this lawsuit is sorted ill be buying quite a lot of DB sessions! Even when im at my computer I stick DB on cause I really cba playing the game!
 
Hate to say it, but the game is terrible. I told myself I wasn't going to bot this game a month before it came out. I was so disappointed after playing it, so I just decided fuck it.
 
I would still play, probably a whole lot more even. I love the diablo series and know enough to not give up on it at launch.

That being said, I am thankful for the bot as I work 60 hours a week and rarely find time to actually play, and the opportunity to sell gold during the "gold rush" at the beginning of D3 netted me a nice profit :)
 
this game is 1/2 as good as D2.
and the nerfs are destroying the game for me.

of course if I could find those $250 shields to sell...wait I can't even do that with DB LOL
 
Good question. No, i wont play some Blizzard games without bots because i dont want to have 1000 days playtime in 5 years like my friends have in WoW. Blizzard games are virtual *****s. 2 bad gamers are blind and cant see that.

Imo, best game ever was and will be: Dark Age of Camelot. Pure pvp battles and high end gear was not required.

I love DB.
I hate D3
I love SC1
I like SC2
