[POLL] Professions for undead monk?

So... I'm leveling a PvP monk.

1st Profession: JC
2nd: LW, or Inscrip or Alchemy!

What do you think for 2nd?

JC isn't a very good prof as far as min/maxing is concerned, def not as strong as it used to be. Personally, I'd go Engineer/LW the new engineer glove enchant is amazing.

Anything that you do not already have, LOL, not trying to be a smart arse or anything, but pick the one that is going to give you the best advantage out of those you do not currently have covered.
