Like I said before my vote is tailoring. Reason being :
Buy 525 Tailoring on AH : 10k+
Buy 525 Inscription on AH : 2500g

May change on certain servers, but just that makes it a final for me. Either way, thanks for you'r work.

There is already one that gets you high enough in inscription if you already have the ink.

I voted for tailoring. Why? Because, as it's been said, it's far more expensive to level tailoring via the AH than it is to level inscription. Boniggy was nice enough to share his profile with me that leveled me from 1 to, roughly, 450 (maybe a little higher, can't remember anymore). It cost me gold because I was lazy and didn't want to farm up the herbs to have a friend of mine make the inks. Basically, I bought all the inks I needed, somewhat cheaply, and it ink traded, trained, made glyphs, etc. It was pretty nice, and worked quick as hell. It only took me a couple of hours to almost max inscription. Anyway, I've leveled every professions in WoW right now, except tailoring, and I'm doing that by hand. It's a pain in the ass due to all the cloth / volatile requirements. Once you reach frostweave and embersilk, be prepared to farm your ass off. FW needs ~1300 pieces of cloth, and ES needs ~1750 pieces of cloth, and ~500 of each volatile ... that I can remember. I could be wrong about the vols, but I do know for a fact that the ES section requires a ton of them.

In my opinion, tailoring has been the worst to level so far.

Tailoring like the others have said for 2 different reasons... 1 - Because there is already a Inscription pb on here that is pretty good and there isnt any good tailoring ones. 2- It costs so much more for tailoring then it does for inscription and it would be nice to not spend so much gold + I don't have tailoring yet :)

PS - I would really love an enchanting 0-525 :) even though it isnt going to happen haha

I'd vote tailoring, because inscription isnt really hard to level in the same way as tailoring.

Be advised tailoring will be risky to bot because it will use grindbot to farm all the cloth u need. Plus, Frostweave cloth will take either a lot of money or alot of time farming since you will need around 1400x piece of frostweave cloth.

I will be adding to choose between using the auctionhouse or farming the required mats to skill up, maybe even both ( buy X amount from auctionhouse and if still not enough materials go farm the rest)

^That sounds wise, but everybody needs to farm cloth botter or not its just wether you choose to buy off the AH or not depending on how high prices are at at the moment. I'm leveling tailoring with enchanting atm and disenchanting the greens have made it significally easier than if I didnt pair it with a crafting profession.

I'd suggest to use the wow-professions site to nail out the best farming-spots for each cloth-type.

Tailoring no doubt. There is already a Inscription profile out there.

If you're preparing to level either of these professions, you should do a very minimal amount of planning. I'd consider tailoring and inscription to be the easiest professions. 90% of the mats for both of these professions can be gathered by doing things you're probably going to do anyways. Level any toon w/ quest bot 1-80 or a DK 55-80 and you will have a lot of the required cloth you need (give or take a couple hundred frost/ember/silk) and as for inscription, bot overnight 1-400ish herbing on said new level 80 toon and you will have most mats you need to sit down and power level inscription & tailor to max at the same time. This process worked for me, and I now have tailor / inscription 525 and spent next to nothing + the mats were "given" to me by doing things I needed done regardless of these two professions.
