Well, in a legal/technical sense, Warden used to invade privacy. (As soon as it started comparing hashes with window titles, it was a privacy issue.) Albeit, they never actually sent back any 'useful' information as to what hash was matched, etc, they still stepped out of the bounds of their own process to monitor your PC in ways they shouldn't be allowed. There hasn't been much information on Warden in recent years.

Makes me wonder if they're not updating it much anymore ... or just being more cautious about what information gets out.

I guess the bottom line is, the public doesn't know for sure what Warden does/doesn't do. We have to rely on the developers of HB/GB to look out for our best interests. Scary thought!

I also agree im abit wary about warden and the only people that look into warden is Apoc, Kynox and Cypher to see if there is any changes but there blog's have not been updated it some time so yeno....
I can say warden has been quite for the past couple of month's with no mass ban wave's (i think the last major ban wave was LuaNinja) and i can imagine blizz telling the warden guy to kill of most bot's when Cata is released so they can get a massive revenue with poeple having to buy all 4 key's to bot again.
