Pokestop yes, pokemon no ?!

Hey,
I wonder that pokefarmer can loot pokestops but can't catch the pokemon. It's like a soft ban, but it isn't a soft ban because I get the loot from pokestops. Anyone here that experience the same ?

I had that (didnt spin and catch, only hatched). I increased all the hourly limits and it's fixed for now.

If they are all fleeing, you have either hit your 24 hour limit of pokemon caught, or you are soft banned.

It's not a soft ban, I get the poke balls and potions from pokestops, but the pokemon are fleeing after 2 minutes of beginning, is this limit from game or pokefarmer ?
It says: 'Restricted response from game server. Please try again in 12 hours.'
