Pokestop not in range

NO matter where I position the avatar, I get the message that the pokestop is not in range. Zoom in, zoom out, nothing works.
 
This is one of the bugs thats being looked at, sometimes when that happens or if it becomes non responsive, we need to reboot it and kill the session. That tends to work wonders.
