Pokestop/gym icons not visible (build 90)

I updated manually to build 90, for some reason it did not check automatically for new version.

Everything seemed to be working fine, untill I noticed no icons of pokestops/gyms.
Usually there is loads around, so I zoomed in and out a little, and while zooming I see the blue/red circles on the map after which they go invisible.
