pokemon's expired?

Since yesterday when I bot @night most of my caught pokemon aren't there anymore.
Tonight for example I farmed in brussels and I caught lots of Rhyhorn there.
My logic settings say pokefarmer has to keep 5 with best IV but this morning just as the
day before all except the one I made favorite are gone. The same with several other sorts
like Onix, cyther, .... only the ones I made favorite remain.
When i check the log file I see lots of lines that say;

DEBUG <b><font color="#0094FF">[05:25:39]</font></b> <font color="orange">Pokemon Rattata is expired. ma jan 23 05:25:39 2017 GMT > ma jan 23 05:25:39 2017 GMT; Was Alive 1878454 :: MAP POKEMON (-1)</font>
