Pokemon on map dissapearing

So I'm not quite sure what happened but after the recent update all Pokemon on my map pop up for a second then disappear and it's made my bot unable to notice or catch ANY pokemon.. Has anyone experienced this or know if I just have to update something else on my computer??

I am having the same problem. I have made a detailed post in the support section, and have only received basic ideas to attempt to fix it, none of which have worked.
