Pokemon List colored entries

Maybe this is defined somewhere, but I couldn't find it in search or in this forum. What do the colored lines in my pokemon list in pokefarmer mean? There are a few in there that are a yellow/orange color and I can't seem to see much special about them based on stats or anything.

Orange/Yellow are favourited pokemon.

Hmmm....it's not accurate then, when compared to my account using it on my phone. I have several other pokemon not showing that color that are favorites on my mobile devices.
