Pokemon IV Clarification and Idea

Clarification for people talking about an IV featuring for storing Pokemon you should first understand that you can't just say take the Pokemon with the highest IV because that is not how it works in Pokemon Go. Not all but most Pokemon you catch will have an IV that will vary because there are many possibilities for calculating its IV. If you use this for example this IV calculator https://pokeassistant.com/main/ivcalculator and enter in Pidgeotto CP: 183 HP: 41 Dust: 600 you will see that it has 29 Possible IV combonations, a maximum of 58%, Average of 49% and minimum of 42%. Because of this the Pokefarmer has to decide what value to base it selction for keeping or staying. Maybe you have 2 dratini's one had (Max 89% Avg 55% Min 20%) the other (Max 75% Avg 65% Min 55%) which one do you keep? the one with a potential higher max or the one with the higher avergae? Lastly, you can refine these results by powering them up one to five times to narrow down the results to one, but once again this is another feature that has to be implamented and the program has to decide which of the hundreads of magikarp you have which one should it refine? how many times should it refine it?
