Forced update happened while Hatching Egg was offline. Like what I said, progress happens when he is made aware of it, not when others including mods are aware of it.
Clients should be allowed to notify the bot makers when something is off with the product that they purchased. It's their way of communicating with the bot makers so they can fix it. "We are already working on patching Pokefarmer" That doesn't mean anything. That is a code written within the program itself long time ago, and it's there even when it is working properly. It will just automatically display once triggered, i.e. stoppage due to update. When you see it, it doesn't mean that someone posted it recently and someone is already working on it, or HatchingEgg is even aware of it. It's a parked preprinted message, nothing more. Telling the bot makers that the bot that they purchased is not working is perfectly fine. I don't expect everyone to be patiently passively sitting down when something is off, I am expecting them to communicate with the staff.
