The following pokemon have been buffed:
Alakazam(+++), Aerodactyl, Beedrill, Butterfree, Chansey, Charizard(+), Cloyster, Dodrio(++), Dragonite(+), Electabuzz, Electrode, Flareon, Hitmonlee, Gengar, Golem(+++), Gydrados, Jolteon(+++), Jynx, Kabutops, Kangaskhans, Kingler(+++), Machamp(+++), Magneton, Mr. Mime, Muk, Omastar, Onix, Pinsir, Pidgeot, Primeape, Raichu, Rapidash(+), Rhydon, Sandslash, Scyther(++), Snorlax, Starmie, Tangela, Tauros, Tentacruel, Vaporeon, Venomoth(++)

The following pokémons have been nerfed:
Arcanine, Blastoise, Clefable, Dewgong, Exeggutor, Goldbat(-), Golduck, Hypno, Lickitung(--), Nidoking, Nidoqueen, Ninetails(--), Parasect, Poliwrath, Porygon, Seadra, Slowbro(-), Venusaur, Victreebell, Vileplume, Wigglytuff(---)

In case you wonder why certain pokemon are much stronger, while others are weaker.

my wigglytuffs were screwd, too. They had a decent 1400 Cp power now they are 1200. yikes. Now Golbats and pidgeots are stronger
 
This is bot website , why you give a fuck about wigglies? You should have already 10-15 3k+ vaporeon army =/
 
I could beat a 2500 dragonite with a wimpy wigglypuff.
I guess this is the attractiveness of this game when the underdog beats the favorite.
 
I can destroy a level 10 gym with my level 26 trainer
